Subject: Approve the Supplemental Services Agreement with Strata Architecture Planning Management for Architecture and Engineering Consulting Services for Multiple County Building Roof Projects in an amount not to exceed $258,855

Executive Summary:

On May 21, 2024, your Board approved a General Services Agreement with Strata Architecture Planning Management for professional architecture and engineering services. The General Services Agreement creates the basic contractual framework for future work, with Supplemental Service Agreements developed for specific tasks to be accomplished.

Included with this memorandum is a Supplemental Services Agreement with Strata not to exceed $258,855 for architectural services related to the re-roofing of the Agriculture Center, Chamber of Commerce, District Attorney, Law Library, Sheriff Administration, and Veterans buildings. Funding for the Supplemental Services Agreement is included in Budget Unit 1778, Capital Projects.
