Subject: Approve Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Mendocino-Lake Community College District Ordering an Election, Placing the "Mendocino College Career Training/Affordable Education Measure" on the June 2, 2026 Ballot for Local Voter Consideration, and Establishing Specifications of the Election Order

Executive Summary:

The Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Mendocino-Lake Community College District is being submitted for your Board's approval pursuant to Section 10400 et seq. of the Elections Code, State of California. The School District requests the Board of Supervisors to permit the Registrar of Voters to render all services necessary to conduct the Mendocino-Lake Community College District's School Bond Election and the School District agrees to reimburse the County of Lake in full upon presentation of the bill.
