Subject: Approve Amendment No.1 to the Agreement Between County of Lake and Drug Medi-Cal Service Provider Redwood Community Services, Inc. Tule House Perinatal Residential Services ASAM Level 3.1 Outpatient Drug Free ASAM Level 1 and Intensive Outpatient Treatment ASAM Level 2.1 for Fiscal Years 2024-25, 2025-26, and 2026-27 with No Change to the Contract Maximum and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.

Executive Summary:

This Amendment updates the original Agreement effective on July 1, 2024, between the County and Contractor. The purpose of the Amendment is to correct the address locations for outpatient service delivery, add CPT codes to authorize the provision of Peer Services and include provisions regarding charges for SmartCare users. There is no change to the maximum contract amount.
