Subject: Approve Engineering/Inspection Agreement with BigValley Band of Pomo Indians
Executive Summary:
Pursuant to a request by the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians, the Department of Public Works intends to provide engineering services for the review of plans and specifications and the inspection of work for a proposed project on Tribal land that impacts Soda Bay Road. The attached agreement will provide for payment by the Tribe for all costs of services provided by the County.
The location of the subject project is: 1135 Soda Bay Road, Lakeport
Description of project is: Construction of a fueling station and mini market on Tribal land
