SUBJECT: (Sitting as the Lake County Sanitation District, Board of Directors) - Approve Amendment #1 between Lake County Sanitation District and Brelje & Race Consulting Engineers in the amount of $64,000 and a total contract amount of $544,000 for the Anderson Springs Septic to Sewer Project; and authorize the Chair to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On September 13, 2016 your Board approved a service agreement with Brelje & Race Consulting Engineers in the amount of $480,000 for engineering services and design of the Anderson Springs Septic to Sewer Project. In the course of the project it was determined that additional survey work was needed. The service agreement was funded by the State Water Resource Control Board. (SWRCB) A request was made to the SWRCB to amend the funding agreement to allow for additional survey work to be performed. The request was granted and Brelje and Race included additional surveyors on the project to complete the work.
This amendment to the agreement is for the additional survey work that was required for the project.

Staff requests your Board Approve Amendment #1 between Lake County Sanitation District and Brelje & Race Consulting Engineers in the amount of $64,000 and a total contract amount of $544,000 for the Anderson Springs Septic to Sewer Project; and authorize the Chair to sign.
