Subject:                     Adopt Resolution Authorizing the Agreement between the County of Lake and the Sierra Health Foundation - The Center for Health Program Management Services for the Period of November 20, 2021 through November 20, 2022 and Authorizing the Behavioral Health Director to Sign the Agreement.

 

Executive Summary:

 

Lake County Behavioral Health Services applied for and was awarded funding to support TeleHealth Services expansion from the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS). The award amount is $32,950.00 and will go towards the purchase of computers, computer equipment, and other technological hardware needs. See Attachment 3 of the Agreement for the detailed budget.

 

The Resolution now before the Board will authorize the Behavioral Health Director to sign the Agreement with the Sierra Health Foundation - The Center for Health Program Management Services, who is administering these grant awards on behalf of DHCS.
