Subject: Consideration of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the County of Lake and Drug Medi-Cal Services provider Redwood Community Services, INC, Tule House (SUD) Perinatal Residential in the amount of $163, 427.85 for Fiscal Year 2023-2024.
Executive Summary:
This amendment and the associated cost have been factored into our budgetary needs to complete the 2023-24 fiscal year. These services must be paid for by the Mental Health Plan for all Lake County beneficiaries. These services are 100% Medi-Cal reimbursable.
Redwood Community Services, Inc. is utilized for ASAM level 3.1, 3.2, and 3.5 services. RCS provides residential treatment services for pregnant/parenting women who meet criteria and can also be used for non-pregnant/parenting women.
