Subject: Approve Agreement Between County of Lake and Redwood Community Services, Inc. for the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Drop-In Center and Peer Support Services in the Amount of $764,109.00 for Fiscal Years 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.

Executive Summary:

Lake County Behavioral Health Services completed the new Mental Health Services Act Three Year Plan spanning 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26. The program associated with this contract has been identified as an ongoing need in this new Three Year Plan. Thus, LCBHS completed a Request for Qualifications and Pre-Contract Risk Assessment to ensure this service provider remains in good standing to provide this needed service.
