Subject: Consideration of Memorandum of Understanding Between Lake County Social Services Department and Behavioral Health Department for a Short-Term Loan of $1,000,000 from 1991 Realignment Funds.
Executive Summary:
On March 19, 2024 the Board approved an action to provide a short-term loan from the County General Fund of $3,000,000 as well as a loan from Department of Social Services’ realignment funds of $1,000,000. The attached Memorandum of Understanding clarifies the terms of the loan between LCBHS and DSS.
