Executive Summary:
On April 8, 2025, your Board entered into a contract with Argonaut Constructors for pavement rehabilitation of approximately 16 miles of roads in the Cobb area.
Proposed Contract Change Order No. 4 addresses the balancing of all contract bid items to reflect actual final in-place quantities. Approval of Contract Change Order No. 4 will decrease the contract by $46,689.09, resulting in a revised contract amount of $6,407,252.29.
