Subject: Consideration of Agreement Between County of Lake and Victor Treatment Centers for Specialty Mental Health Services in the amount of $660,000.00 for Fiscal Year 2024-25.
Executive Summary:
Victor Treatment Centers operates many facilities for youth, including Short Term Residential Treatment Programs. A youth was placed in this facility in partnership with Child Welfare Services and as the Mental Health Plan Lake County Behavioral Health Services is responsible for the cost, which is Medi-Cal reimbursable.
These costs are billed fee-for-service and are fully Medi-Cal reimbursable.
