Subject: (Sitting as the Board of Directors for the Lake County Watershed Protection District) Approve the Well House Easement Deed with Linda Ruth Chandler for Property within the Middle Creek Flood Damage Reduction and Ecosystem Restoration Project and Authorize the Chair of the Board of Directors to Sign the Well House Easement Deed.

Executive Summary:
As you may recall, in August this board approved the purchase of parcel APN 201-010-02, Chandler. Attached is the Easement Deed to the existing well house on parcel No. 201-010-02. This would grant Linda Ruth Chandler an easement to the existing well for the purpose of maintaining, repairing, and accessing the well house facilities.

This easement plan has been reviewed and approved by the County Surveyor. This easement does not have any cost affect to the Lake County Watershed Protection District.
