Subject: Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between County of Lake and June Wilson-Clarkin, LMFT for Specialty Mental Health Services in the amount of $70,000.00 for Fiscal Year 2023-24 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.

Executive Summary:

June Wilson-Clarkin is a licensed provider credentialed with Medi-Cal to provide Specialty Mental Health Services. As the County Mental Health Plan, LCBHS is required to maintain a network of providers, whether in-house, subcontracted, or a combination of both, to meet network adequacy standards. Additionally, LCBHS clients are entitled to a choice of providers.

Ms. Wilson-Clarkin has been able to take on more of LCBHS' clients for services and we are increasing the contract maximum to ensure continue provision of these services on behalf of our beneficiaries. These services are fully reimbursable by Medi-Cal.
