Subject: Consideration of Agreement Between County of Lake and Davis Guest Home in the Amount of $220,000 for FY 2024-25.
Executive Summary:
Lake County Behavioral Health Services has utilized Davis Guest Home for long- and short-term residential treatment for beneficiaries, primarily those on LPS Conservatorship, for several years. Lake County Behavioral Health Services conducted a Request for Qualifications for this vendor, demonstrating they are in good standing to continue to provide these services. Davis Guest Home satisfactorily completed the RFQ process. It is important to note that there are no providers of this service within Lake County.
In FY 2023-24 we placed five (5) beneficiaries there.
