Subject: (Sitting as the Lake County Sanitation Board of Directors) Approve Sewer Mainline Extension Agreement between the County of Lake and Jordan Rivera, for the installation of a sewer collection line to serve parcel 042-262-030 and authorize the Chair to sign

Executive Summary:

The property located at 16279 28th Avenue in Clearlake is within 200 feet of the nearest sewer collection line and per the Lake County Sanitation District Sewer Use Ordinance and Rules and Regulations is required to install a new sewer mainline via a Mainline Extension Agreement.

We have received and approved construction plans, and the owners would like to move forward with construction.

Attached for your review and approval, please find the Mainline Extension Agreement contract between the County of Lake and Jordan Rivera.
