Subject: Consideration of Resolution Authorizing the Behavioral Health Services Director to Sign the Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System Regional Model Implementation Plan and Submission to the Department of Health Care Services.
Executive Summary:
On April 26, 2022, the Lake County Behavioral Health Services Department presented to the Board of Supervisors on the Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System. The Board voted to join the Regional Model of the Organized Delivery System, currently in place with Partnership Healthplan of California. After months of work, Lake County Behavioral Health Services presents the implementation plan for these services, with an anticipated effective date, if approved, of July 1, 2023.
