Subject: Consideration of Amendment No.1 to the Agreement Between County of Lake and Davis Guest Home, Inc. for Adult Residential Support Services and Specialty Mental Health Services for FY 2024-25 in the Amount of $330,000.
Executive Summary:
Due to the increased utilization of services provided by the Contractor, the original projections have been exceeded. As a result, both parties agree to amend the Agreement to increase the total compensation payable by $110,000, raising the new contract maximum to $330,000. No other elements of the contract will change.
