SUBJECT: Adopt Resolution Authorizing the Director of Public Works Department to Sign a Notice of Completion for work performed under agreement dated July 11, 2107, for the Harbin Springs Road at Harbin Creek Bridge Replacement Project. Bid No. 17-04
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On July 11, 2017, the Board approved an Agreement with Bridgeway Civil Constructors, Inc. for Harbin Springs Road at Harbin Creek Bridge Replacement Project. The work under this Agreement was satisfactorily completed on December 29, 2017.
Staff has prepared a resolution authorizing the Public Works Director to sign the Notice of Completion.
Staff recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve the Resolution Authorizing the Public Works Director to Sign the Notice of Completion for the Harbin Springs Road at Harbin Creek Bridge Replacement Project, Bid No. 17-04, and authorize the Chairman to execute said Resolution.
