Date: December 16, 2025
To: The Honorable Eddie Crandell, Chair, Lake County Board of Supervisors
From: Bruno Sabatier, District 2 Supervisor
Subject: Approve 2nd Amendment to Lake County PEG Agreement for Fiscal Years 24-27 for an amount not to exceed $17,000 for FY 24/25, $22,000 for FY 25/26, and $10,000 for FY 26/27 and authorize the Chair to sign
Executive Summary:
On June 11, 2024 the Board of Supervisors approved a three year professional services agreement with Lake County PEG-TV for videography services for the Municipal Advisory Councils (MACs). $10,000 was allocated for 3 fiscal years. A 1st Amendment to this agreement was approved on March 18, 2025 which increased the maximum not to exceed for the fiscal year 24/25 to $17,000 due to an increase in MACs and those that utilized the services.
A 2nd Amendment to the agreement is seeking to amend the maximum not to exceed for fiscal year 25-26 from $10,000 to $22,000. This is due to having a full year of the Big Valley Advisory Council as well as the use of services initiated for the Scotts Valley Community Advisory Council. In addition, special meetings have occurred, mostly due to the Town Hall presentations for Sonoma Clean Power, which also utilized this agreement to pay for the PEG services.
The PEG Board has already approved this 2nd Amendment on 12/1/2025.
