SUBJECT: (a) Adopt Resolution Amending Resolution 2018-125 Establishing Salaries and Benefits for Management Employees for the Period from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019; (b) Adopt Resolution Amending Resolution 2018-126 Establishing Salaries and Benefits for Confidential A Employees for the Period from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019; and (c) Adopt Resolution Amending Resolution 2018-127 Establishing Salaries and Benefits for Confidential B Employees for the Period from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Staff is recommending that your Board approve amendments to these three Resolutions in order to increase the Maximum Monthly County Contribution of Insurance Coverage from $800.00 per month to $1,000.00 per month for each employee in these units who enrolls in a County sponsored group medical, dental, vision insurance plan effective, January 1, 2019.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
(a) Adopt Resolution Amending Resolution 2018-125 Establishing Salaries and Benefits for Management Employees for the Period from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019;
(b) Adopt Resolution Amending Resolution 2018-126 Establishing Salaries and Benefits for Confidential A Employees for the Period from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019;
(c) Adopt Resolution Amending Resolution 2018-127 Establishing Salaries and Benefits for Confidential B Employees for the Period from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
