Executive Summary:

A Resolution confirming current processes for the Lake County Sanitation District (LACOSAN) is before your Board today for consideration to prepare for a change in membership under the proposed interim governance structure. This action will ensure the continued and uninterrupted operation of essential public services provided by the Lake County Sanitation District, which includes territory within the City of Clearlake and unincorporated areas of the Lake County.
