Subject: Accept the Offers of Dedication and Adopt the Resolution Approving the Final Subdivision Map - Valley Oaks Subdivision Village PDC II Phase I

Executive Summary:

On October 24, 2024, the Planning Commission reviewed the final map for this project and found it to be in conformance with the approved tentative map. Per the attached Planning Commission memo, the subdivider has met all the requirements of the subdivision ordinance and all the tentative map conditions.

The Department of Public Works recommends acceptance of the offer of dedication of Oak Meadow Drive as a public roadway and public utility easements, along with the public utility easements and public sidewalk easement, drainage easements and Parcel G, all as shown on the subdivision map, but not for maintenance purposes.

Offsite dedications for Emergency Vehicle Access easements, drainage easements, public utility easement and roadway easement shown as Oak Meadow Drive, and Roadway dedication along Hartmann Road will also be recorded concurrently with the final subdivision map.
