Subject: Consideration of Public Member Appointment to the Redevelopment Agency (RDA) Oversight Board
Executive Summary:
Pursuant to state law, effective July 1, 2018 the Redevelopment Agency Oversight boards of the County, City of Clearlake and the City of Lakeport were consolidated into one new 7-member oversight board, which includes one member of the public appointed by your Board.
This seat is currently vacant and the following applications have been received for your consideration:
John Carlisi - new applicant
Duane Anderson - new applicant
Mark Lipps - new applicant
