Executive Summary:
Each year, the Community Corrections Partnership creates a plan to expend the funds that come from the implementation of AB-109 in 2011. The attached plan is presented which addresses this year’s plan as approved by the Community Corrections Partnership Executive Committee on October 16, 2025.
I respectfully request that your Board approve this year’s plan.
