Issues discussed will include, but not be limited to, Administration for Children and Families (ACF) layoffs, USDA TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) food bank funding cuts, Health and Human Services (HHS) layoffs and program funding cuts, elimination of the Administration for Community Living (ACL), and claw backs of federal Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA)  funding.
