Subject: Adopt Resolution Approving Amended Agreement No. 24-0132-016-SF with the State of California, Department of Food and Agriculture to provide reimbursement for the Insect Trapping Program in the Amount of $41,312 for FY 24-25

Executive Summary:
I would like to ask the Board to adopt the attached Resolution approving the amended agreement with the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) for the exotic pest detection trapping program. This agreement term is July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. The amended agreement amount is $41,312.00.

Should the Board adopt this Resolution, please have the chair sign and return one (1) copy of the Agreement, and one (1) copy of the Board Resolution. A signed completed copy will be returned for your records.
