Subject: Adopt Resolution Amending Resolution No. 2023-117 Establishing Position Allocations for Fiscal Year 2023-2024, Budget Unit No. 4012 Health Administration
Executive Summary:
This position allocation resolution will add one Facilities Maintenance Worker I/II/Sr. allocation to budget unit 4012 to support Health Services building maintenance needs.
This position is currently an Extra Help role. We hope to make it permanent and expand its duties to include maintenance projects, tracking and arranging required vehicle maintenance, providing janitorial services, and serving as a liaison with partners when projects are outside the scope of the role.
This position will be funded partly by salary savings from the existing extra help role, other Health Admin salary savings, as well as with savings from existing contracted services.
