Executive Summary:

 

Your Board has previously offered various reductions and adjustments to the Cannabis Cultivation and Business Taxes.  Based on prior Board action, any remaining reductions would terminate effective December 31, 2025.

 

This item seeks direction on whether your Board intends to make any adjustments for the Cannabis Tax programs in calendar year 2026.
