Subject: Consideration of (a) Waiving the Competitive Bid Process per Section 2-38.4, Cooperative Purchases, of the County Code and (b) Approving the Purchase of a Ford F-550 Service Truck for KCWWD#3 and authorize the Special Districts Administrator/Assistant Purchasing Agent to sign the Purchase Request
Executive Summary:
The current FY budget provides for a vehicle to replace SD39, (a service truck) which has become too costly to maintain. This will be for Kelseyville County Water/Wastewater District #3. The proposed replacement was quoted through the State contract (cooperative purchases) to Central Garage. The quote for the proposed vehicle is attached for review.
