Executive Summary:
As part of Lake County Housing Commission’s transfer of Section 8 housing voucher programs to Regional Housing Authority, HUD (Housing and Urban Development) is requiring the approval of the Board of Supervisors in the regional consortium. In response to RHA’s request for approval, Colusa County Board of Supervisors requested a letter, signed by Chair of the Lake County Housing Commission, outlining the mutual benefits of the transfer, for consideration prior to action.
