Subject: Approve Budget Transfer and purchase for new Asset in the amount of $2,450 to purchase pickup truck and authorize the chair to sign.

For over 5 years in Lake County, we have suffered fires on a near consistent basis. Animal Care and Control is looking to purchase a surplus pickup truck for use by LEAP during fires. The truck would allow for staff and volunteers a greater ability to transport a water buffalo.
