2025 Annual PRISM Medical Malpractice Program

This three-hour webinar will provide updates on legal issues impacting public entity healthcare providers and their staff.  Among other things, we will cover:

                     New California legislation increasing penalties for assault and battery against emergency department staff

                     New telehealth prescribing rules

                     Developments impacting mental health crisis care and substance use disorder treatment

                     Information on new federal Final Rules changing HIPAA and Part 2 confidentiality regulations
