Subject: Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement Between the County of Lake - Lake County Behavioral Health Services as Lead Agency for the Lake County Continuum of Care and World Wide Healing Hands for Fiscal Years 2021-22 and 2022-23 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.
Executive Summary:
Lake County Behavioral Health Services, the lead administrative entity for the Lake County Continuum of Care, was awarded Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding to support Emergency Shelter and Rapid Rehousing Services guided by California COVID-19 prevention and containment protocols. This funding has been extended from June 30, 2022 to September 30, 2022.
Lake County Behavioral Health Services contracted with World Wide Healing Hands (WWHH), among others, to execute the ESG deliverables. As such, LCBHS must modify/amend the contract with WWHH to reflect this change in termination date. This amendment does not reflect any change in compensation.
