SUBJECT: Approve Request for Advance Step Hiring of Mental Health Specialist II, Step 5 for Dr. Benjamin Burnette
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
As this candidate possesses a Doctorate in Psychology and more than 20 years’ experience in providing mental health services, I am requesting approval to bring Dr. Burnette in at the advanced step. The Director of Human Resources is in agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Adequate funding exist in wages and benefits object codes for this request and is accounted for in the existing budget due to unfilled positions resulting in staff salary savings.
