Subject: Adopt Resolution Approving Right of Way Certification for the Willow Tree Monitoring and Reporting Project for 14C-0048 N. Fork Cache Creek Bridge (Chalk Mountain Rd) Replacement Project, Federal Project No. BRLO- 5914(135)

Executive Summary:

Construction of the project to replace the bridge on Chalk Mountain Rd over N. Fork Cache Creek, Bridge 14C-0048, is complete. The project is fully funded through the federal Highway Bridge Program (HBP). In order for the County to receive full reimbursement, the HBP program requires the attached right of way certification to be submitted for the willow tree monitoring and reporting portion of the project.

Staff has prepared the attached Resolution and Right of Way Certification to certify that the County has secured the right of way required for the willow tree monitoring and reporting components

This project is 100% funded for construction with federal funds.
