Subject: Consideration of updates to the 2025 BOS Committee Assignment list
Executive Summary:
The additions/revisions to the 2025 BOS Committee Assignment list are as follows:
Blue Ribbon Committee for the Rehabilitation of Clear Lake:
The approval of committee assignments on January 7, 2025 did not specify the primary or alternate members for this committee. On February 25, 2025, the BOS approved the designations with the primary member Supervisor Rasmussen, and the alternate Supervisor Owen.
Children's Council:
The meeting schedule has been updated from Monthly to Quarterly meetings on the second Wednesday @ 1pm. The next meeting will be held on March 12, 2025.
Food Policy Council:
This committee is a new addition to the committee assignment list with Supervisor Sabatier as the 2025 member.
Lake County Drought & Water Shortage Task Force:
Formerly the Comprehensive Drought Workgroup, your Board approved the name change of this committee at the February 4, 2025 meeting. This committee has been moved under the Ad Hoc/Task Force Committee Assignments section of this document.
Tree Mortality Task Force:
A committee/task force of the Lake County Community Risk Reduction Authority (LCCRRA) with Supervisor Pyska as the 2025 member.
