Subject: Approve Memorandum of Understanding between Big Valley Rancheria and the Lake County Watershed Protection District for the Installation, Maintenance and Removal of Flow Monitoring Equipment on Highland Springs and Adobe Creek Reservoirs
Executive Summary:
Attached for your review and approval is the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Big Valley Rancheria (BVR) and the Lake County Watershed Protection District (County) for BVR's installation, maintenance and removal of two (2) pressure transducers in the outlet channels below 1) Highland Springs Reservoir and 2) Adobe Creek Reservoir.
FlowWest Inc., is outlined in the MOU as the duly-authorized agent of BVR for matters falling under BVR's performance as outlined in the MOU.
BVR and its authorized agent shall have access for installation, maintenance, data downloading and discharge measurements in the outlet channels where the pressure transducers are located.
As outlined in the MOU, data collected will be shared with relevant project parties including but not limited to: Tribes, the County, and Clear Lake Hitch Conservation Strategy Technical Advisory Committee.
