Subject: Approve and Authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to Execute the Board of Supervisors Certification Form for the Lake County Behavioral Health Services Behavioral Health Services Act Integrated Plan for Fiscal Years 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029

Executive Summary:

On June 23, 2026, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 2026-59 approving, adopting, certifying, and authorizing submission of the Lake County Behavioral Health Services Behavioral Health Services Act Integrated Plan for Fiscal Years 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029. Approval of this item does not modify the Integrated Plan or change the Board's prior approval. Rather, it completes the required certification documentation associated with the Integrated Plan submission process.

There is no additional fiscal impact associated with this action. The Board previously approved and adopted the Behavioral Health Services Act Integrated Plan through Resolution No. 2026-59. This item is limited to execution of the required certification document.
