Executive Summary:
Since 1986, the Lake County Arts Council has been recognized as the official representative of the Arts to the State-Local Partnership Program. We recently received a request from Barbara Clark, Executive Director of the Lake County Arts Council, for a Resolution authorizing the Lake County Arts Council to apply for the FY 2026-28 California Arts Council Grant.
