Subject: Approve Amendment One to Supplemental Services Agreement One between the County of Lake and Geo-Logic Associates for Eastlake Sanitary Landfill Expansion Phase Two and Three Design Services
Executive Summary:
On January 7, 2024, your Board approved Supplemental Services Agreement One with Geo-Logic Associates to provide professional design services in support of the development of the next two phases of expansion at the Eastlake Landfill. The agreement expires on January 7, 2026. Staff has prepared an amendment to extend the term of the agreement through December 31, 2027. No other aspects of the agreement are being modified.
