Subject:                     Consideration of the Complaint of Ms. Bridget McQueen, owner of Lakeshore Estates Mobile Home Park

 

Executive Summary: (include fiscal and staffing impact narrative):

For the last two years+, our Special Districts staff and myself have unsuccessfully attempted to assist Ms. McQueen in resolving an issue with a sewer lateral impacting the Lakeshore Estates Mobile Home Park because such matters are under the purview of the state.

 

Ms. McQueen has requested an opportunity to present the Board with a summary of the issue along with a request for resolution during our July 28, 2020 Board meeting.

 

Special Districts staff will participate in the discussion to provide background information.
