Subject: Consideration of Agreement Between County of Lake and Hardeep Singh, MD to Perform Substance Use Disorder Treatment Medical Director Responsibilities on Behalf of Lake County Behavioral Health Services in the amount of $1,819,640.00 for Fiscal Year 2024-2025.
Executive Summary:
Lake County has contracted with Dr. Singh for these services since 2018. We conducted a Request for Qualifications with the provider to ensure the remain in good standing to provide services.
These services are funded through the Mental Health Block Grant and also include fee-for-service Drug MediCal Services to be reimbursed at a 65% pass through rate.
