Subject: Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between County of Lake and Health Management Associates, Inc. for Support Services for Consulting Services in the amount of $49,551.00 for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.
Executive Summary:
This Amendment increases the contract maximum and extends the term of the contract. This amendment and the associated cost have been factored into our budgetary needs to complete the 2023-24 fiscal year. These services are fully paid from the County’s Opioid Settlement Funds. This will enable us to complete and submit for consideration an expenditure plan for the Opioid Settlement Funds.
