Subject: Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the County of Lake and Victor Treatment Centers for Specialty Mental Health Services for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 with no change to the contract maximum and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.
Executive Summary:
The contract must be amended to correct an error in the Agreement where the Contractor name was noted as “Victor Treatment Centers,” when it should have read “Victor Treatment Centers, INC.” There are no other changes to the Agreement.
