Executive Summary:
Lake County Behavioral Health Services issued a Request for Proposals for Adult Residential Treatment Services on March 3rd which closed March 31st. One proposal was received, representing the contract now before your Board. Crestwood Behavioral Health has provided quality residential support services to Lake County beneficiaries for many years and provides this service to many Counties in the Northern California region.
