Subject: Consideration of (a) Resolution Authorizing Lake County Behavioral Health Services Department to Serve as the Administrative Entity for the Lake County Continuum of Care; and (b) Memorandum of Understanding Between Lake County Behavioral Health Services and Lake County Continuum of Care for Collaborative Applicant and Lead Agency Services

Executive Summary:

As the Board is aware, Lake County Behavioral Health Services Department has served as the lead administrative entity for the Lake County Continuum of Care. The Department has supported the LCCoC with administrative activities around funding and resource allocation as the LCCoC's direction. The Resolution before your Board would officially designate this role. The MOU outlines the relationship between LCBHS and the LCCoC.
