Subject: Approve amendment to the bylaws of the Big Valley Advisory Council changing the monthly meeting day to the 2nd Wednesday of every month to allow PEG TV to attend

This amendment to the meeting day will allow PEG TV to attend and broadcast the meeting. The new meeting day will be the 2nd Wednesday of every month with no change to the meeting time of 6:00 P.M.
