Subject: Adopt the Resolution Accepting the Work of the Eastlake Sanitary Landfill Phase 1 Cell Construction Project (23-32) and Direct the Public Services Director to File the Notice of Completion

Executive Summary:

On February 27, 2024, your Board executed a construction contract with Rege Construction, Inc. in the amount of $5,161,663.00 for the Eastlake Sanitary Landfill Phase 1 Cell Construction Project, County of Lake project number 23-32. Construction monitoring and oversight was performed by SCS Engineers and County staff. On October 30, 2024, the work was substantially completed to the satisfaction of SCS Engineers and the Public Services Director.

A resolution is attached accepting the work of the Eastlake Sanitary Landfill Phase 1 Cell Construction Project and directing the Public Services Director to file the Notice of Completion with the Lake County Recorder's Office.
