Executive Summary:
Attached for the Board's review and approval is Contract Change Order No. 2 for the subject project.
This change order addresses modifications to the contract scope of work to enhance correctional officer safety and work efficiency. Modifications are for overhead lighting, dimmer switches, network outlets and additional receptacles. The result is an increase of $12,155 to the contract amount for a revised contract total of $462,055. There are sufficient appropriations to fund this change order and the contract work to be completed this fiscal year.
