Your Board has requested that staff provide a demonstration on how Board meetings will work when you the Board room is reopened for in-person meetings.  As you know, starting with your June 30, 2020 special meeting, we have developed a solution which will bring together the ZOOM virtual participation option while also opening the Board room for those who wish to meet in-person.
